Key Responsibilities

• Crafting high-quality doors, windows, cabinetwork and bespoke wooden items

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans

• Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools

• Ensuring all products meet our high standards of quality

• Collaborating with team members to complete projects on time

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or similar role

• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Proficiency with woodworking machinery and hand tools

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a team player attitude
